In this 12 week comprehensive course you and/or your parenting partner will learn how to flip the script on toxic parenting and reduce conflict and chaos in your household. You will dig into the depths of where your parenting tactics come from (helloooooo, your parents, your experiences, your beliefs!), and you will learn how to shift into a relationship-focused mindset. Healthy relationship is the basis for overall life satisfaction. Tackling your parenting dynamic from this foundational place of survival and joy will bring you the cohesive, trusting and connected family life you wish for. From the foundations of parenting to the fullest expression of love, this course will change your life. h
For the parents-to-be: I see you. I see your fear and your worry about this new journey that life never prepares anyone for. This course will lay the foundation and set you up for success before little one is born. You will integrate these concepts and practices and feel confident by the time you become “Parent!”
For the parents-of-littles: I see you. Those first years are some of the hardest and most potent for forming connection with your babes. You might be at your wits end a lot of days. This course will bring you back to center. It will give you the tools, the knowledge and the mindset to approach parenting differently. You will feel more confident in yourself and more connected and in-tune with your sweet babes.
For the experienced parent: I see you too. You are not “too late.” I didn’t repair my relationship with my mother until I was 24 years old. Whether all your kiddos are more teen than kiddo, or you have a wide mix of ages in your household - this course is for you.
